Physiotherapy

Nicolas Pahud – Physiotherapist
(Orthopedic)
Nicolas is one of the owners and is also our orthopedic physiotherapy expert.
Nicolas completed the Master of Physiotherapy Studies program at the University of Queensland in 2013—an experience that further fueled his passion for his profession.
Over the course of his career, he has completed numerous continuing education courses, staying up-to-date with treatment best practices and ensuring an exceptional level of care for his clients.
Professional development courses Nicolas has completed include:
Intramuscular Stimulation/Functional Dry Needling
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI Certified)
Acupuncture
Spinal Manipulations
Diagnostic Imaging
Shoulder Rehabilitation
TMJ Management
Chronic Pain Management
Vestibular Rehabilitation (Vertigo)
Nicolas has always had a curiosity about the human body and saw orthopedic physiotherapy as an opportunity to use this aptitude to help others. He thrives on the unique challenge of clinical reasoning and this drives his passion for the profession. When he’s able to assist clients in understanding their pain, the reasons why they are experiencing it, and ultimately help them manage their symptoms long-term, he knows he has been successful in his role.
Above all else, Nicolas cares about making his clients feel heard and empathizing with how their symptoms are impacting their day-to-day lives. He will help teach you how to understand your pains and give you confidence in movement and function so you can return to the activities you enjoy the most without worry or doubt.
When he isn’t in the clinic, you’ll rarely find Nicolas sitting still. He loves to ride (whether it’s mountain biking or road cycling) and run with his two dogs. When not spending time with his family he’s also a golf enthusiast and can be found at one of the many local courses around the city during the summer months.
Nicolas even moved to Australia to complete the Master of Physiotherapy Studies program at the University of Queensland—an experience that further fueled his passion for his profession.
He also continues to take courses to fine-tune his skills and remain ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices.
